Service Content and Scope
UJVPN provides network acceleration to improve cross-border access quality, covering 100+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Specific routes, client entry points, and subscription status are determined by what appears in the user panel.
The service establishes and manages network connections; it does not create or operate third-party websites, applications, or content that users access. Third-party services may change their access range according to their own rules, regional policies, or technical conditions. UJVPN does not guarantee third-party content, account status, feature changes, or continued availability.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and panel activity under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and check the subscription status.
An active subscription has no device-count limit, but is for use only by the account holder. Accounts, subscription credentials, and access rights may not be sold, rented, transferred, publicly posted, or provided for long-term sharing with others. The service may not be repackaged as another subscription product for resale. The account user is responsible for consequences arising from shared credentials, including traffic consumption, account anomalies, or interrupted access.
Fees, Traffic and Refunds
Subscription fees are paid through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until used, and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and current subscription status before completing payment.
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Applicable conditions, procedures, and processing rules are set out in the separate refund policy.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is used, and must independently assess the legality of accessing international websites, using third-party applications, or transmitting data. The service must not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, account rights, or network security.
It is prohibited to use the service to distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, conduct malicious scanning, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, or abuse third-party platforms at scale. If such conduct may endanger routes, other users, or service infrastructure, UJVPN may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Connection quality may be affected by the user's region, access network, device system, route maintenance, upstream networks, and third-party platform policies. UJVPN maintains available routes and addresses known faults, but does not promise continuous connections to every third-party service in every location at all times.
When connection changes result from planned maintenance, emergency faults, public network disruptions, device or system settings, third-party service adjustments, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, UJVPN will provide status information or troubleshooting guidance where feasible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for loss of third-party content, indirect loss, or consequences caused by improper configuration or rule-breaking operations by the user.
Account Termination and Changes to Terms
If an account is used for subscription resale or sharing, unlawful activity, disruption of service operations, unauthorized system access, avoidance of normal billing procedures, or a serious violation of these terms, UJVPN may restrict features, suspend service, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Such action does not affect the user's right to submit an eligible request under the refund policy.
These terms may be updated due to service changes, legal requirements, or changes to security rules. Updates will be published on this page or in the user panel and take effect according to the last-updated date shown on the page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and manage any existing subscription in the user panel.
