Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Start by opening the UJVPN account creation page. Set a username and password, then check that the username is easy to identify and keep a reliable local record of the password. UJVPN’s registration flow does not require an email address. Your username and password are the credentials you will use to access the user panel, view orders, and retrieve subscription configuration. Check all entries before submitting to avoid login problems caused by repeated input errors.
After the account is created, the page opens the user panel. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the header instead of creating another one. On your first visit, confirm that the account overview shows the correct signed-in identity before choosing a plan. The user panel is the central place for orders, subscriptions, and client downloads; marketing pages do not publish installer links or display subscription links tied to individual accounts.
Do not copy your username, password, or subscription configuration into public chats or shared documents. The subscription link delivers the route configuration associated with your account to a client, so protect it like your login credentials. If you forget how to open the panel, use the login link in this site’s header; there is no need to create another account.
Once this is complete, stay signed in and continue by choosing a plan in the same user panel.
Order Configuration
Choose a Plan and Review the Order Details
In the plans section of the user panel, first distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages based on how you plan to use the service. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. For regular use, choose a monthly allowance based on your typical browsing, work, and streaming needs rather than simply choosing the highest tier.
If your usage is occasional, consider the permanent, non-expiring data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages work differently from monthly subscriptions. Before choosing, confirm whether you need a monthly-reset allowance or a long-term balance deducted as used. For a fuller comparison, visit the plans and pricing page; this guide focuses only on the decisions needed for your first connection.
After choosing a plan, review the plan name, data allowance, and amount in the order, then select from the payment methods currently offered on the page: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After completing the order, keep the user panel open and return to the account overview to check whether the subscription status has updated. All plans support unlimited devices and a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. You can import the same account configuration on different devices, but store the subscription only on devices under your control.
If you upgrade a monthly subscription midway through the term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. For an initial setup, you usually do not need to adjust advanced options. Once the order status is normal and an active subscription appears in the account overview, continue to the next step. If the status does not change after payment, refresh the user panel first. After completing the order, return to the account overview and copy the configuration from your account’s subscription section.
Configuration Delivery
Get Your Subscription from the User Panel
After confirming the plan status, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details section, where you will see the configuration option for importing into a client. When copying the subscription link, use the complete address currently shown on the page. Do not delete characters, add a path, or change it to another protocol. You can paste it into a temporary local text field to check that both ends are intact, but do not test the link on a public page.
Teaching materials often show an address like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is an explicitly fake value used to illustrate that a link usually contains an address and an account token. It cannot connect to UJVPN and should not be imported into a client. A real subscription can only be obtained from a signed-in user panel and is associated with the current account status.
If the subscription option is not visible in the account overview yet, first confirm that the order is complete, then refresh the page and reopen the overview. Do not copy supposed universal configurations from search results, screenshots, or pages outside this site. The correct process is always to sign in to your own user panel and let the panel deliver the subscription available to the current account.
Once the subscription is copied, install and open a UJVPN client that supports subscription import on the target device. Client downloads are available in the user panel and require you to be signed in. Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux are supported. Copy the complete subscription for the current account, then switch to the device you want to configure.
Client Import
Complete Subscription Import for Your Platform
Open the download area in the user panel and select the relevant platform. After installing and opening the client, do not connect to the default entry immediately. First find “Add subscription,” “Import from link,” or an equivalent option. Paste the complete subscription copied in the previous step, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, then save or update it. Successful import is confirmed not by a disappearing button, but by the client displaying the routes provided by the subscription.
WINDOWS
Windows Client
Open the UJVPN Windows client, go to subscription or configuration management, and choose the option to add by link. Paste the subscription and save it, then update the configuration so the client loads the latest routes. Return to the route list and confirm that you can see region names and route types. If the client requests system network permission, allow the configuration after confirming that the client came from this site. During connection, the client uses this permission to manage the system’s network exit.
If the list is empty after importing on Windows, first check that the link was copied completely, then run a subscription update manually. Do not repeatedly create identical configurations, or it will become difficult to tell which one is active.
MACOS
macOS Client
In the macOS client, open configuration management and choose to import a subscription from the clipboard or a URL. Save it and run an update. The system may ask you to approve a network extension or add a network configuration. Follow the authorization flow from the system prompt, then return to the client rather than staying on the permissions page. Once the route list appears, choose an exit route and start the connection.
If system authorization is complete but the connection button does not change, close the current configuration page and reopen the client status window. macOS manages network-extension permissions differently from ordinary app permissions. ANDROID
Android Client
In the Android client, open subscription management, tap Add, and choose URL import. Paste the link into the address field and save it. Then run an update to write the routes to the local configuration. The first time you connect, the system displays a prompt to authorize creation of a network connection. Confirm it, return to the client, and check that the status changes from disconnected to connecting or connected.
Some systems restrict apps from running continuously in the background. If the connection pauses after the screen is locked, check the client’s background-running permission in the system app settings. Adjust only the runtime permission; there is no need to change the subscription address or place another order.
IOS
iOS Client
In the iOS client, find the option to add a subscription, remote configuration, or URL. Paste the subscription provided by the user panel and update it. On the first connection, iOS asks permission to add a network configuration. Complete the system verification and return to the client. You can switch exit routes from the route list afterward without importing the subscription again each time.
If the client does not read the content after pasting, check whether spaces or explanatory text were included in the clipboard. The subscription field should contain only the complete link copied from the panel, not the page title along with it.
Client downloads and subscription delivery are both handled inside the user panel.
Route Selection
Choose a Route and Establish the System Connection
After the subscription update finishes, the client displays the available routes. UJVPN covers 100+ countries and 180+ routes, so you do not need to test every region during your first connection. Start by choosing an exit based on the location of the service you want to access. To verify that the configuration works, you can begin with a region relatively close to your current network environment. For region-specific content, switch to a route in the relevant country or region.
After choosing a route, click the client’s connection switch. Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS may all ask to create a system network configuration on the first connection. This is a normal step required for the operating system to manage network routing. After granting permission, wait for the client status to stabilize before opening the target page. Avoid switching through multiple routes while the connection is still being established, as this makes the source of an error harder to identify.
If a route does not connect normally, disconnect first, confirm that the client has finished updating the subscription, and then try another route in the same region. Route types, regions, and streaming compatibility are listed on the nodes page. For your first session, follow the sequence “update the subscription, choose a route, start the connection.” Leave protocol details and advanced split-tunneling rules until the connection is working.
The same account can be used on unlimited devices. When adding a device, still obtain the client and subscription from the user panel rather than extracting an incomplete address from an already configured device. System permissions are managed separately on each device, so a successful computer connection does not let a mobile device skip its own authorization.
Result Check
Verify the Connection and Troubleshoot Common Issues
After the client shows that you are connected, open the webpage or app you need and confirm that it loads normally. Check that the content region matches the selected exit. During verification, use a newly opened page where possible so browser cache does not continue showing content from before the connection. If the target service still shows the original region, close and reopen the relevant app, then check the route currently selected in the client.
When a connection fails, troubleshoot in a fixed order: check the plan and subscription status in the user panel, confirm that the client updated the route list successfully, check that the intended route is selected, and finally re-establish the system connection. This separates account, configuration, and device issues instead of changing several settings at once. If only one website is affected while other international services open normally, trying a route that matches the service’s region is usually more direct than reinstalling the client.
On mobile devices, an existing connection may need to be re-established after switching networks. For example, when moving from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, disconnect the client first and reconnect to the current route. If a desktop device has just completed a system update, confirm that the network extension is still allowed. Do not delete a subscription configuration that is still in use; refresh the subscription and reconnect first to preserve the correct settings.
Your first setup is now complete. For everyday use, open the client, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect. Manage account status, plan changes, and client downloads in the user panel.
