This policy explains how UJVPN collects, uses, stores, and deletes data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Please read these terms before using the service. Continued use means that users understand these handling rules; the policy does not extend data use beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
Data collected and its purpose
No email address is required during registration. Users can create an account with a username and password. The system stores the username, securely processed authentication information, subscription status, and necessary account settings to identify the account, maintain sign-in status, deliver the subscription, and handle account security matters. Passwords are not used in directly readable form for routine operations.
After an order is created, UJVPN stores the order identifier, amount, payment channel, payment status, plan details, refund status, and necessary timestamps. This information is used to complete orders, verify service entitlements, handle disputes, and meet financial record obligations. To enforce plan quotas, the system also processes account-level usage and subscription validity, but does not use this information to reconstruct specific access content.
When users visit marketing pages, the system may process page addresses, referring pages, browser type, device category, approximate region, and basic error information to measure content access, identify page issues, and improve compatibility. Access analytics are reviewed in aggregate and are not used to build profiles of users’ activity on international websites.
No-logs policy and connection information
UJVPN does not record which websites users access, or retain webpage content, queries, transmission content, or historical records that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. The service also does not maintain long-term connection logs to track an individual account’s access path.
While a route is operating, connection establishment, authentication results, and fault states may be processed briefly in memory to enable network forwarding, limit abnormal requests, and troubleshoot current issues. This operational information is not retained long term as a user activity profile; its use stops when the session ends or troubleshooting is complete. If the system detects an issue affecting route stability or account security, related events are retained only as needed to resolve the issue, with access restricted.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and preferences actively selected by users. This data keeps page functions working and avoids asking users to repeat the same settings when moving between pages.
After relevant storage is closed or cleared, some preferences return to their defaults and sign-in status may expire. Storage items used for authentication and service security are necessary for normal user panel operation. Data used for access analytics serves site analysis, troubleshooting, and content adjustments only, and is not used to sell user information.
Third-party payments and data boundaries
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service. Account details, payment credentials, and verification information submitted to that service are governed by its own privacy rules. UJVPN does not directly store third-party payment credentials.
To verify orders and deliver subscriptions, a third-party payment service may return the order identifier, payment channel, amount, and transaction status to UJVPN. UJVPN uses these results only for order confirmation, refund processing, dispute review, and necessary record management, not for unrelated user profiling.
Data retention, deletion, and policy updates
Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept for the period necessary for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable obligations; after the relevant purpose ends, they are deleted, anonymized, or restricted from further use. Access analytics and fault information are retained only as needed for aggregate analysis, stability checks, and security handling, and are not kept indefinitely for marketing purposes.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account information through a ticket. Account control will be verified before processing to prevent action by another person. After a deletion request is completed, account subscriptions and historical order lookup can no longer be provided. Data that must be retained by law or to resolve an ongoing transaction dispute is isolated and stored only as necessary, then handled after the relevant purpose ends.
This policy may be updated when service processes, storage methods, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, together with the revised last-updated information at the top. If a change materially affects the scope of data handling, UJVPN will provide notice through available on-site methods. Users can review this page periodically to understand the current handling rules.
